|Venad| OUR GET_TOGETHER

Dear Fatimite Brothers and Sisters,

Good Morning.

Its been quite some time since I send you a mail. I was also busy with my official matters. This is just to remind you all that our Get-Together is just 4 Fridays away. I had earlier mentioned to you that our food expenses alone on that day would be AED 11,000.00 ( 50.00 x 200 = 10,000.00 + 10% tax). For your information, we have confirmed AED 3500.00 only as sponsorships. We are short of only AED 7500.00 + extra expenses like Photographer, Prizes for the games we conduct during the function, Gifts for the Cheif guest and other dignitaries, decorations for the venue, etc etc etc. In short we are talking about a minimum of at least AED 10000.00 extra for a successful event.

I earnestly request each one of you to try to get us some more sponsorships (corporate or even personal). After all , aren't we all the same family? I am very confident we can do this as a team. YES...We can do it. Please feel free to call us and offer us your support. We are also ready to visit anyone on your behalf for the sponsorships.

Im happy to mention that we would be having Fatimites from Kuwait and Oman attending our function. This is indeed a very happy news. Now our concern is, if the Crystal Auditorium of India club would be big enough to hold all of us together.
