Guys,
I Have found a solution for free call and actionvoip OR any other SIP service.
So you can call to anywhere from your gtalk, but there is a monthly payement for this...so atleast better than nothing..:)
you can check for more details in the below website..
I dont have more details about this, so if you have any more doubts just google it and just let me know if you find anything with this..

you know, sometimes its working fine with me in my office, but in home its not..and more over i have configured the same sip application in ma mobile(for example : actionvoip) and its working fine both office and home...and Im using Etisalat connection.. .Im using edgebox and fortinet firewall in my home and office...

But Im not sure, one of my friend told me that it seems there is some problem in etisalat with their content filter(like a firewall), so i guess it might be the problem and its working some north emirates also...
So I guess it will be ready soon...Because etisalat cannot block the sip(voip) traffic completly... and the sip server IP continuesly change, so they cannot trace this all the time.
